Y! Answer is too early to say anything, it's a moderate success but other than that Yahoo! doesn't have good track record with any type of social network websites. Let's say M$ buys Y!, with rich cash they can easily acquire any web 2.0 companies in VN (if they worth it). The problem is it's still too early to buy them, as they're not that succesful yet (Y! & M$ can easily build a similar good product, but they need something else: a proven system that works in VN, with good user base).
